Prince William and Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton are the proud parents of yet another King of Britain. The beautiful Royal couple turned into responsible parents on Monday, July 22, 2013 when their first child came into this world. The Royal baby was born at 4:24 p.m. BST in St. Mary’s hospital in London. The baby proved to be a healthy one weighing 8 pounds and 6 ounces. The Royal baby has been officially called as the Prince of Cambridge which is one of the important titles for all royals.
The excited prince and a happy father said:
“He’s got her looks, thankfully. He’s got a good pair of lungs on him, that’s for sure.”

The Royal Baby’s Name
It was not until Tuesday that the world got a glimpse of the baby Prince. However, very soon after leaving the hospital, the Royal parents gave their Royal son a good name for himself. The Royal Baby was named as Prince George Louis Alexander.
It was predicted that Prince Williams and Kate Middleton will give a very traditional name to their son. Unlike all the people opting for innovations, they chose to stick with the norms.
George has been one of the most loved named by the British bookmakers. There have six British kings to have been named George. The last being the Queen’s father whose reign was from 1936 to 1952.
The British family has been closely related to Lord Louis Mountbatten and holds him in high gratitude. Lord Louis Mountbatten is the Duke of Edinburgh’s uncle and the last British Viceroy of India. This might be the reason of keeping Louis as the middle name.

Prince George’s birth has brought a swirl of excitement and thrill all over the world. There were huge crowds outside the hospital just to get a glimpse of the royal baby. The day Prince George came into this world, the whole media and British newspaper was filled with one statement everywhere:
